Talia Bar-Gil serves as the CFO of the Noy Fund. Prior to joining the Fund, Talia served as the CFO of a private equity infrastructure fund; Senior Manager, Taxation Services at KPMG; and head of the Venture Capital Funds sector at the Israeli Income Tax Commission. Talia has significant experience in taxation, financial reporting and management of private equity and venture capital funds. Talia holds a BA in Accounting & Economics (CPA) and an MBA from the Hebrew University and an MA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
