Dror Dvir was a partner at Noy Fund. Dror joined the Fund as an Investment Manager in 2015, and lead some of the Fund’s biggest projects, including Megalim power plant, Star Pumped Storage in Kochav Hayarden, IDF Training Center, IPM Beer Tuvia Power Station, and many more.

Dror was a peoples’ person and a team player who left his mark wherever and with whomever he worked with, and is cherished for that. He was a loving father and husband to his daughters Shaked and Lilly and his wife Ortal. Dror passed away prematurely from an illness at the age of 41.
