Noy is an Investment Manager at Noy Fund since 2015.

Prior to joining the Fund, Noy served as a VP of Project Finance at RD Energy, a subsidiary of Denham Capital, where he was responsible for the negotiation of project agreements and financial close of two co-generation power plants. 

Before working at RD Energy, Noy served as an Associate at Herzog Fox & Neeman, where he advised sponsors, lenders and developers on the financing of several large scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Noy brings over seven years of experience in project finance, focusing on electricity production & renewable energy projects.

Noy holds an LLB (Magna Cum Laude) and LLM in Law from the Tel Aviv University.
