Rami Chernega
Chief Analyst
Rami Chernega has been the Chief Analyst at Noy Fund since 2024.
Prior to joining the Fund, Rami served as a Partner at Ascola Project Finance consulting firm, where he advised leading companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors, as well as major Israeli banks and financial institutions.
Rami brings a decade of extensive expertise in financial modeling and project finance, BOT projects, renewable and conventional energy, and infrastructure development, through all stages — from development and tender submission to financial closing, construction, and commercial operation.
Rami holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Haifa and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.
