Noy Fund possesses entitlements to royalty payments derived from offshore oil and gas extraction activities at the 'Karish' and 'Tanin' reservoirs located off the coast of Israel. These reservoirs, initially identified by Noble Energy, were subsequently acquired by Energean Oil and Gas in December 2016. Together, these assets are expected to contribute significantly, with an estimated supply of around 100 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 100 million barrels of liquid resources. This substantial reserve is poised to cater to the energy demands of both the domestic Israeli market and global markets alike.
